What You'll Do
As a Designer & Creative Strategist, you will turn ideas, offers, and brand strategy into creative that gets attention, communicates clearly, and drives action for a premium dental wellness brand in Los Angeles. This is not a traditional graphic design role; you'll develop creative concepts and execute them across paid ads, email, social, video, and the physical studio experience.
Paid Advertising Creative
Develop static, carousel, and short-form video ads for paid social and digital channels
Create promotional, educational, and offer-driven creative
Build creative variations for testing, including hooks, headlines, layouts, and visual concepts
Resize and adapt ads across platforms
Use performance insights to develop stronger iterations
Email Design
Design promotional, seasonal, and educational email campaigns
Create emails for new service and product launches, guest nurture sequences, and announcements
Build branded email templates and supporting graphics
Apply mobile-first design, visual hierarchy, and clear calls to action to drive conversion
In-Studio Creative
Design signage, service menus, and educational materials
Create promotional displays, printed collateral, packaging, and inserts
Produce event materials and QR-driven campaign pieces
Video & Motion Creative
Create and edit paid social video ads and UGC-style edits
Add typography, captions, graphics, and transitions
Produce multiple variations and hooks from a single shoot
Create basic motion graphics and repurpose existing content into new formats
AI-Assisted Creative
Use AI tools for concept development, visual ideation, image generation, storyboarding, and rapid prototyping
Art direct, refine, and edit AI-generated output so the final creative feels premium and on-brand
Who You Are
We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative who understands the intersection of brand, advertising, design, content, and consumer psychology. You have a strong visual point of view, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You're equally comfortable thinking about the psychology behind a campaign and obsessing over whether a headline needs to move six pixels to the left.
A strong portfolio across digital and brand design, ideally including paid ads, email, short-form video, social, print, and AI-assisted work
Experience designing paid advertising creative, with an understanding of direct-response and performance creative principles
Experience with email design and confidence editing short-form video
A solid grasp of typography, composition, hierarchy, and brand systems
Comfort moving between digital and print design
The ability to take a creative brief from concept through final execution
An understanding of how creative changes across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, email, web, and physical environments
The ability to create multiple thoughtful variations of a concept rather than repeating the same layout
Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Backgrounds:
Designers from beauty, wellness, hospitality, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Creatives with dental or oral-care brand experience
Performance creatives experienced with Meta ads and TikTok/Reels
Email designers familiar with Klaviyo or similar platforms
Creatives with photography, creative direction, motion graphics, landing page, or packaging and print production experience
