You lead discussions to understand the problem we're solving for and who our audience is in order to create narratives that are relevant, compelling, and on brand.In your pursuit to develop compelling creative assets, you help those you're collaborating with to focus their thinking and sharpen their communication approach.You easily make sense of the complex, presenting it in a way that's clear, concise and consumable. You know there are better options than a bulleted list and strive to help others see the possibilities.You prioritize competing efforts well and meet deadlines from multiple projects that all seem to converge. You like the challenge of working on more than one thing at a time.
Client Facing Delivery & Sales
Ensures materials reflect the language, tone and feel of Redwood as appropriate, the client.
Works collaboratively with other team members to develop project deliverables that could include project names and corresponding logos, future state of work narratives, newsletters and other creative assetsMay lead portions of deliverables in smaller scale projects. Presents creative recommendations and leads discussions with clientsPeople Development
