Job description
Bring your creative vision to a fast-paced internal design team supporting high-impact projects across the enterprise. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a versatile designer who excels in visual storytelling, presentation design, and brand-forward work while also enjoying hands-on collaboration and tangible production tasks.
Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling concepts and design solutions for a range of internal projects, from presentations and decks to physical artifacts and immersive experiences.
Partner with design leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate ideas into polished, brand-aligned deliverables.
Support end-to-end design work, including research, mood boards, concept development, mockups, technical specifications, and refinement based on feedback.
Create strong presentation materials, infographics, and communication pieces that clearly express strategy and ideas to varied audiences.
Design branding elements such as logos, marks, packaging, signage, and image layouts within established guidelines or newly developed visual directions.
Contribute to exhibit and spatial design projects, including preparing, mounting, installing, and arranging display materials as needed.
Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a high standard of quality.
Collaborate with others to bring structure to ambiguity and help move projects forward efficiently.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2–5 years of experience in editorial and communication-focused graphic design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience using digital whiteboarding tools such as Miro.
Ability to build engaging, audience-friendly presentations and visual storytelling materials.
Working knowledge of generative AI and emerging design tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence working independently and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with hands-on production tasks, including printing, cutting, mounting, and installing design assets.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support installation work, including using ladders and assembling fixtures.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing for exhibits, immersive environments, or space-based graphics.
Background in art direction, typography, and creative concept development.
Exposure to video editing.
Product design experience.
2D animation experience.
Strong illustration skills and comfort developing mockups and prototypes.
Ability to create and refine brand systems that expand beyond existing guidelines.
