I m currently working with a well-established dental practice in New Bern that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Position:
Position Type: General Dentist
Start Date: 60 days (ASAP)
Schedule: 4 days/week - Mon-Thurs: 8a-4p
Staff:
Doctors: 1
Support Staff: full office support staff
Procedures: Crowns, Implants, Sealants, Extractions, Sedation (IV/Anesthesia)
Technology: iTero, Pan, CBCT, Cerec, VideaAI, Implant Direct, Endosequence, Nomad
Patient Base: Family Practice
Office Production: Current doc is producing $6k/day
Payor Mix: PPO, Fee-for-service
Compensation:
Daily Guarantee: 30%-35% of Production; first 90 days - daily guarantee
Earning Potential: $200k-300k+

Potential for ownership after some time
