I m currently partnering with a well-established dental practice in Wilmington, SC that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Job Details
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
Schedule: 4-5 days/week
Current Staff: DAs & RDHs
Procedures: Molar/non-molar endo, implant placements, simple/surgical extractions, basic/complex restorative, Invisalign
Technology: iTero, Pan, CBCT, VideaAI
Payor Mix: Majority PPO, Fee for Service, Medicaid
Compensation
Daily Guarantee: 30-35% Adjusted Production

Ideal Parameters
Active North Carolina License
Experienced dentists (3-5+ years)
Comprehensive General Dentist)
