Job description
Mbi Llc in Newark, NJ is seeking a qualified Desktop Engineer for 1st shift in a 24/7 team. You will troubleshoot computer issues and support customers in person, by phone, email, and remotely.
Responsibilities include installing hardware/software, managing AD and Exchange, re-imaging, data migrations, and coordinating with IT and vendors. A college degree and 4-6 years' experience are required; familiarity with Office 365, DHCP/DNS, and ITIL basics is preferred.
