Client: Elite FinTech / HFT Firm
Salary: $150,000-$250,000 + Bonus
Location: New York
The role:
My client are seeking an Engineer turned Manager to Lead a globally dispersed Desktop Support team, in a busy Trading environment.
You will have 2+ years of experience in managing a Support team (ideally global). The ideal candidate will stem from a similar environment
Essential skills:
Experience running a team of Support / Desktop Analyst’s
Broad 2nd Line Support experience
Strong Microsoft orientated skillset – Windows 10/11, AD, Office365 etc.
