Job description
The Senior Human Resources Specialist reports to and is a direct partner of the Human Resources Director. In his/her role, the Senior Human Resources Specialist needs to perform in a variety of HR related duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnLeads in deployment of corporate initiatives across the region, formulates HR strategies and ensures they are in alignment across locations
nMaintains and analyses HR policies and processes; reviews HR policies and ensures they are implemented successfully across locations
nConducts HR analysis to enable decision making in the region and conducts analysis for monthly reporting (e.g. Headcount)
nResponsible for projects (e.g. on Compensation and Benefits or Continues Improvement) as determined by business requirements
nCompensation and Benefits: Conducts compensation analysis on promotions, new hires, internal transfers and expats to ensure conformance with policies and guidelines; Reviews and processes proposals for compensation changes to ensure appropriate salary structure; Participates in development and administration of performance review system to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines; Conducts researches in compensation programs, benefits or incentive systems; Conducts job analysis to determine compensation is in alignment with policies and guidelines
nReviews incoming company benefits requests to ensure alignment with policies and guidelines
nAssists in annual AOP Merit Budget process
nAssists in job evaluation and grading structure for new / changing positions

Required Skills
Required Skills:
nThe Senior HR Specialist has a Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. He/ She is able to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form. He/ She is able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, he/ she has knowledge of all MS-Office applications and SAP HR&PR, knowledge of Lotus Notes is of advantage, any other HR System knowledge is preferable.
