Job description
JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the Detroit Division. You will craft and execute manufacturing and operational strategies, oversee safety, quality and delivery KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across a large, complex manufacturing organization.
The role requires a top-tier leader with 15+ years in manufacturing/operations, strong Lean/Six Sigma background, and deep experience in automation and automotive environments.
