Job description
The Howard County Arts Council (HoCo Arts) seeks a self-directed Development Director for its Ellicott City office. This is a full-time, exempt management role overseeing fundraising, communications, and community engagement strategies to sustain and grow annual revenues.
The position reports to the Executive Director, leads a small team, and collaborates with the Board and community partners. Some evenings/weekends required; on-site work in Ellicott City, MD.
