Youth Guidance Kansas City is seeking a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy and serve as a compelling ambassador for the organization in Kansas City.
Working closely with the Executive Director, you will grow government contracts and philanthropic support from individuals, corporations, and foundations, manage donor relations, advisory council engagement, and a robust moves-management program in a hybrid office setting.
