Job description
Anderson Ranch Arts Center is seeking a Development Senior Manager / Director to lead the National Council and Annual Fund programs, driving growth, renewal, and unrestricted giving. You will manage a small team, collaborate with events staff, and guide donor strategy across multiple signature fundraising events on campus and in the community.
The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for the arts, and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends during busy periods.
