Job description
Hemophilia Association of New Jersey is seeking a Development Manager to lead a comprehensive fundraising program and support HANJ’s $1M annual operating budget and long-term sustainability. You will build diversified revenue streams including individual giving, grants, sponsorships, and events, while strengthening donor stewardship and board engagement in fundraising.
The role requires strategic leadership and occasional travel.
