Job description
Loxo in Memphis, TN seeks a Development Manager to drive construction from tenant buildouts to major retail and mixed-use developments. You will work with ownership, partners, and consultants to manage predevelopment, construction, and cap-ex, ensuring budgets and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
