Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician – New Hyde Park, NY
Northwell Health is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrician to join the Division of Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York.
Responsibilities
Perform clinical evaluation and follow‑up of children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral complaints in an outpatient setting.
Engage in resident and fellowship training.
Participate in research opportunities as appropriate.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Pediatrics.
Board Eligible/Certified in Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities.
Experience with attention‑deficit disorders, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral issues, developmental delays, common genetic abnormalities, sleep and feeding disorders, and educational problems involving speech, language and/or learning.
Preferred: BC/BE in DBP or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Encouraged: pediatricians with demonstrated interest and experience with ADHD or other developmental issues.
