ICF-Program Director
Salaried $56,000 per year - Full-time, On Call Required
At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF).
Responsibilities may include
Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
Interviewing, hiring and developing quality direct care employees.
Monitoring individual's finances and benefits.
Managing a caseload and coordinating the care of individuals served.
Participate in all surveys.
Participate in investigation of incidents, review reports, tracking trends and recommend resolutions.
Requirements for this position include
Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services is preferred but is not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Supervisory or management experience.
Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
