Developmental Specialist
$28 - $31/hour Flexible Schedule Work-Life Balance

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you'll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered, evidence-based practices.

*Bilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Haitian Creole*
Schedule: Full-Time (30+ Hours) and Part-Time Available
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Responsibilities: Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development

*PTO is calculated using an accrual rate based on hours worked .
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 300 hours working with children under the age of 5.
Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional evenings.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required documentation software.
CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe).
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred
Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
Home or community-based service experience
Bilingual or multilingual skills
Working Environment
This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
