Job description
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in Boston seeks a Device Specialist to support IDCS devices, handheld scanners, and Zebra printers. This contract, hybrid role requires two+ days in the office and occasional travel to warehouse sites.
You will monitor devices, configure, update OS, and assist users with IDCS workflows and upgrades. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of hands-on experience with scanners, printers, and smartphones, plus strong MS Office
