Job description
OpenAI is seeking an experienced Engineer to define and build CI/CD systems that qualify frontier models on our custom accelerators. You will establish scalable CI/CD, GitOps, and monorepo practices, and partner with cross‑functional teams to shorten feedback loops without compromising production readiness.
You will design regression and benchmarking pipelines, create test matrices, and develop reliable baselines and ownership for failures.
