Job description
Job Title: DevOps Engineer Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Charlotte, NC (in-person interview required)
Required Pay Scale: $60-$65/hr - W2
Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates
Job Summary:
Must Haves
6–8+ years of DevOps / Build & Release experience
Software delivery focus (application release layer, not cloud infrastructure/VPC provisioning)
Linux-focused background (RHEL/CentOS)
Strong CI/CD pipeline automation experience
Expert-level hands-on experience with: Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, Ansible Tower, and Jira
Experience identifying security vulnerabilities (code scanning/quality gates) and reliability improvements
Strong Python or Groovy scripting (Groovy is strongly preferred)
Container management with Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, or AKS
Solid understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes
Regulatory experience in Banking and Financial Services
