POSITIONTITLE
Human Resources Intern - Dewey
POSITION OVERVIEW
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real business priorities within Human Resourcesand plant operations. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact.This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast-paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork.
This internship is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11-12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Dewey location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Human Resourcesand plant operations.
Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
Present project findings, recommendations, or results
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
Candidates with or working toward a BSin Business, Engineer(Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical)Biology, Chemistry, or a related fields
Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED
Exposure toLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,Continuous Improvement methodology, time studies in a manufacturing setting.
Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
