Job description
EVERSANA is seeking a Regional Access Director to lead a dispersed Field Access Manager team, drive regional plans, and optimize patient access. You will coach and develop FAMs, ensure compliant field execution, and coordinate with leadership to align with client expectations.
You will build capability, manage performance, and partner with training, analytics, and HUB teams to equip the field with tools and insights for successful payer engagement in a complex healthcare landscape.
