Job description
CommUnityCare in Austin, Texas is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide Diabetes Self-Management Training (DSMT) and evaluate dietary needs for patients. In this role, you will educate and support individuals diagnosed with diabetes, collaborating with healthcare teams to foster health and manage dietary requirements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, and important certifications. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse patient groups.
