Job description
Endeavor Health seeks a Diabetes Educator to support patient education and diabetes management at our Naperville and Bolingbrook locations. The role requires RN licensure in Illinois, CPR certification, and CDE certification.
The educator will develop individualized care plans, teach insulin administration, and participate in quality improvement activities. The position is full-time, with hours Monday–Friday and some travel to other sites.
