Job description
Tufts Medicine in Medford, MA is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver diabetes self-management education to patients and families, in preparation for discharge home. This role emphasizes teaching, coordination of care, and collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital clinic setting.
40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a flexible schedule during office hours, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital - Endocrine Clinic, 170 Governors Ave Suite 200, 2nd Floor, Medford MA
