Job description
Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Diabetes Educator Procedure Coordinator to join the Diabetes Management Team and Institute for Cancer Care. This role focuses on patient and family education on nutrition in diabetes and cancer, and directs the DSMES program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
