Job description
Boston Medical Center is seeking an Outpatient Dietitian/Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist to assess, develop, and coordinate diabetes self-management education for diverse patients within the ADA Diabetes Education Program.
The role provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, GI disorders, and more, while collaborating with care teams to implement individualized plans.
