Job description
Southern Illinois Healthcare seeks a Diabetes Educator to provide patient- and family-centered diabetes education in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The educator will collect health data, set care goals, and use evidence-based practice to guide decisions for individuals and populations.
The role requires an RN license (Illinois) or an RD license with CDCES, with willingness to obtain CDCES within 2 years; a BS in Nursing or Nutrition/Dietetics is preferred.
