Job description
Providence Medford- OB GYN Health Center and Providence Medical Group Stewart Meadows are seeking a part-time Diabetes Educator to deliver education to clients with diabetes across ages. The role involves health and education assessments, development of education plans, and collaboration with a team of RNs and RDs in outpatient settings.
The position requires Oregon licensure and CDR RD credential, with a minimum of three years of diabetes education experience and knowledge of adult learning
