Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care (BILHPC) is advancing a diabetes education program and seeks a Diabetes Educator Registered Dietitian to educate, support and improve health outcomes for patients with diabetes in outpatient settings. You will work with providers, pharmacists, nutritionists and care teams to deliver clinical management, group sessions and education resources across the region.
