Job description
Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center in New York seeks a Full-time Certified Diabetes Educator/Registered Dietitian to promote healthy eating and diabetes self-management. You will educate patients, provide individual assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, while developing a diabetes program and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
The role requires a Master’s in Nutrition, RD credential, CDN/CDR, and at least 1 year experience; CDE preferred.
