Job description
Primary-Care Associates of Appleton is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and CDCES to provide comprehensive nutrition assessment, MNT, DSMES, and lifestyle counseling in a primary care setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to improve outcomes and patient self-management.
The role requires strong communication, knowledge of diabetes technologies, and experience in outpatient diabetes education.
