Diagnostic Audiologist | SH Audiology |San Francisco/San Mateo
$80,000 - $100,000

SH Audiology is seeking a patient-focused Audiologist to join our growing clinical team. This position is primarily focused on diagnostic testing, clinical evaluation, patient counseling, and collaboration with physicians to support comprehensive hearing healthcare.

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
Conduct diagnostic testing including pure-tone audiometry, speech testing, immittance testing, otoacoustic emissions (OAEs), and other audiologic assessments as appropriate
Interpret test results and develop clinical recommendations
Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to support patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program
Active California Audiology License in good standing, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of clinical audiology experience
Experience working in a medical, ENT, or multi-provider practice
Experience with pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A)
Familiarity with electronic medical records
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
