About the Role:
Sonopartners LLC is looking for a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a variety of imaging modalities
Capture and document high-quality sonographic images for physician interpretation
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards
Follow established protocols and safety guidelines for all imaging procedures
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
ARDMS certification (or registry-eligible) required
Experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, or general sonography preferred
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and sonographic pathology
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with PACS and electronic health record (EHR) systems a plus
