Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network seeks an Xray Technologist to perform high‑quality diagnostic imaging in an academic medical setting. You will prepare and position patients, operate digital radiography equipment, follow physician orders, and ensure accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include maintaining radiation safety standards, verifying patient identity, documenting procedures in the EMR, and assisting during emergent studies. You’ll collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and providers, support patient education, mentor students, and contribute to a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous quality improvement.
