Diagnostic Radiologist — Partnership Track Opportunity

Position Overview:
A highly successful, independent, and completely physician-owned radiology practice is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Radiologist to join its expanding Central Florida team. This rare opportunity features a transparent, democratic two-year track to full partnership . The incoming physician will join a collaborative network of several physicians managing multiple premier outpatient imaging centers, ambulatory surgical sites (ASC/OBL), and diversified regional hospital relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, efficient interpretations for general, non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging.
Maintain a service-first, highly collaborative mentality with internal colleagues and referring clinical teams.
Utilize advanced, leading-edge imaging technology across a highly coordinated, independent practice infrastructure.
Requirements:
MD/DO or equivalent with specialized residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology.
Valid medical licensure in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility).
Strong attention to detail, excellent visual acuity, and a desire to work in an independent, democratically governed group.
