Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care in our dialysis setting. You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate patient assignments, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The role requires RN licensure, 12 months nursing experience with 6 months in dialysis, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Supervisory experience is preferred and you will participate in ongoing staff training and performance reviews.
