Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Anthem, AZ is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee daily patient care operations in the dialysis unit. You will guide direct care staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
This role requires an active RN license and state licensure, 12+ months nursing experience with dialysis, and supervisory experience. CPR certification is preferred, with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.
