Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse in Pflugerville, Texas to lead direct patient care staff and ensure safe, high-quality dialysis services. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance within a busy dialysis unit.
Applicants should hold an active RN license with at least 12 months of nursing experience and 6 months of dialysis care. CPR certification is preferred to support patient safety and care delivery.
