Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Tualatin, Oregon seeks an experienced Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care operations in our dialysis unit. You will supervise direct staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, compliant care aligned with regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidates have active RN licensure, at least 12 months of nursing and 6 months of dialysis experience, and previous supervisory exposure. CPR certification is expected, and strong communication skills are essential.
