Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee daily patient care operations and lead direct care staff in a dialysis setting. The role involves supervising staffing, enforcing policies, and coordinating with the Facility Administrator to maintain safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Applicants must be an RN with state licensure and have at least 12 months of nursing experience, including 6 months in dialysis. CPR certification and strong communication skills are required.
