Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Happy Valley, Oregon is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care decisions, ensure continuity of care, and uphold patient and staff safety while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
You will provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff, participate in staffing and hiring decisions, supervise documentation, train new staff, coordinate with the Facility Administrator, and monitor dialysis procedures and equipment for safe operation.
