Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Savannah, GA is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care and staff activities in a dialysis setting. You will guide and support direct care staff, participate in staffing decisions, and ensure compliance with all procedures and regulatory requirements.
The role requires RN licensure, minimum nursing experience with dialysis patients, and preferred supervisory experience. Strong communication skills and CPR certification are essential.
