Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Nurse RN Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis team in a patient-focused setting. You will supervise direct patient care staff, coordinate with the Clinical Manager, and ensure compliance with hospital and company policies.
The role requires nursing licensure, 9 months of nursing experience with dialysis exposure, and strong communication skills to guide a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
