Job description
Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite 14-week contract. The role includes 40 hours per week, with weekly stipends of $1,267 and a base pay of $800 per week. Start date is 10/26/2026. 12 months or more of dialysis experience is required.
The RN will assess patients, coordinate care, and participate in the care team to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment. The position may involve travel to sites within the area as needed.
