Job description
Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an onsite Connecticut assignment. The RN will deliver specialized dialysis care, conduct patient assessments, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
Required: 12+ months dialysis experience, RN license, CPR/BLS. 40-hour weeks on a 14-week contract starting 10/26/2026; may travel within 50 miles as needed.
