Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care operations in a dialysis setting. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
Required are an active RN license, 12+ months of nursing experience with at least 6 months in dialysis, and CPR certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to deliver safe, high-quality care.
