Job description
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient dialysis facility. You will oversee clinical, regulatory, and operational functions, hire and develop a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate with physicians to deliver superior patient outcomes.
You will monitor safety, compliance, and quality while driving improvements. The role requires active RN licensure in California, 12 months nursing experience, and 3–5 years in ESRD clinical/management, with BLS/CPR
