Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinic operations and ensure quality patient care in a dialysis setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate nursing and patient care, and partner with HR, Quality, and Technical Services to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
Ideal candidates have significant healthcare operations experience, RN licensure, and at least 6 months dialysis nursing experience, with potential growth into higher leadership roles.
