Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Clinical Manager to lead dialysis clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care from admission through discharge. You will manage staff development, coordinate with Medical Director and HR, and drive continuous quality improvement in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
You will oversee regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, and budget adherence while fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the facility.
